There is no cost to sign up for GeniusShop, nor are there any additional fees associated with shopping with us.
How do I know if I’m logged into GeniusShop?
How do I know if I’m logged into GeniusShop?
Click the GeniusShop icon within your GlossGenius app or desktop. To access wholesale pricing, enter your license information and postal code. If you can see prices and add items to your cart successfully, you’re logged in and ready to start shopping!
Why can’t I see certain brands or products appearing in GeniusShop?
Why can’t I see certain brands or products appearing in GeniusShop?
Distributors sell brands across different states. If you cannot see a product, it means that it is not permitted to be shipped to the zip code associated with the address on your account. If you’re having trouble finding a product, email us at care@glossgenius.com and we’ll reach back out with more information.

We do our best to price match distributors you may work with to offer the best possible prices on the market. We’re always open to feedback and bringing that feedback to our partners. If there’s a price you think we should match, we will do our best to meet it. Email us at care@glossgenius.com if you have questions on pricing.

Shipping fees and minimums are determined by the individual distributors you purchase from on GeniusShop. Many distributors offer the option of free shipping if you reach an order minimum. Shipping costs are shown as you checkout.

Currently, GeniusShop is only built for professionals to use and purchase products on. GlossGenius is constantly striving to provide you and your businesses the tools to be successful. If you are interested in a product store for your clients, please request that here!

With each dollar spent on GeniusShop, you will earn a loyalty point. As you build up loyalty points over time, they can be used to redeem free card readers, a free month of membership, products, samples, education, and more!
How do I find my tracking?
How do I find my tracking?
You’ll receive tracking information to your email once it is added to your order. You can also check for tracking information in your account details within GeniusShop. Account details can be found next to the shopping cart icon.
Where’s my order?
Where’s my order?
All orders should be delivered in the specified fulfillment date depending on the supplier. You will receive tracking information to your email when your order has been shipped, as well as in your account settings. If a week has passed and you haven’t received any information about your order, please contact care@glossgenius.com.

Does GeniusShop take Resale Tax Certificates?
Yes, we’d be happy to accept your Resale Tax Certificate! Please email it to care@glossgenius.com and we will add it to your account and factor this into tax deductions.
