Returns & Replacements
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
Returned items must be in resalable condition, properly packaged, and meet the following criteria:
- Received by Premier within 90 days of purchase
- Included on the issued RGA
- Brand new, unopened, and in current packaging
- Not from past promotions or introductory deals
- At least 6 months from expiration
- Free of labels, markings, or residue
- Purchased directly from Premier
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Inspect all orders upon receipt.

Most products purchased online or in stores are sold with a 90 day return policy. Exceptions based on Manufacturers guidelines do apply. Some items are non-returnable, including makeup, nail polish, and holiday gift boxes.

Complete a Return Authorization Form within 30 days of purchase to receive a free UPS return label (sent within 2 business days). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all promotional/free items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Returns sent without an authorization form will not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping, insurance, fees, and coupons are non-refundable. Final sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Free/promotional items have no cash value.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, all PPE and related items are final sale, including: Masks, gloves, thermometers, pulse oximeters, hand sanitizer, isolation gowns, face shields, and sneeze guards.

Eligible items must be saleable, unopened, and unused with proof of purchase:
- General merchandise: within 120 days
- Electrical items & shears: within 60 days
- Apparel & equipment: within 30 days
No returns, refunds, or credits after 120 days from purchase.
Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before mailing products. Returns without an RGA may be denied or delayed. Refunds are processed after inspection. RGAs are not required for Marketplace (“Online Exclusive”) items purchased from third-party sellers.

Skin Script products are designed for every skin type and condition. If you’re not satisfied with a product, it may be returned for credit or exchange.
Note: Seasonal Enzymes and Masks are final sale and non-returnable.
Return Guidelines
- Notify Skin Script within 21 days of purchase.
- Return the product within 2 months of notifying us.
- Products must be at least 60% full.
Customer covers return shipping; replacement items ship free.

BABE: EXCHANGES ONLY. Up to 30 Days of Purchase With Receipt, ALL Babe items MUST BE UNOPENED and in original purchased condition. In pre-authorized cases where a Babe return in the form of original payment is approved, a $10 restocking fee will be charged.
