EuforaColor Toner - Low Ammonia - Lilac

Soft lilac tone at Level 10. Neutralizes yellow at Level 9. Lilac Toner is Low Ammonia for deeper penetration into the cortex with less fadeage and "warming up" between salon visits. Lilac Toner will lift natural melanin. Do not use to tone highlights when the base is virgin hair.
