Purchases made through our store or online website can be exchanged if the following conditions are met:
~Order is within 30 days from the purchase date.
~Item is in its original condition and can be resold.
~Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.
~In special cases where a return is authorized for a refund in the form of original payment, a $10 restocking fee will be charged.
~Exchanged items will not be charged a restocking fee.
~Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from S-Mark Beauty unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
