This allows the pigmented Alpine Developers to lift more efficiency, promoting better neutralisation. Contains sweet almond and avocado oils for on or off scalp and all lightening applications. Can be used with all Leyton House developers. Use 15 volume / 4.5% or 25 volume / 7.5% blue-violet pigmented developers for a more neutralized result . On Scalp application is to be used only with Leyton House 15 volume / 4.5% developer.
